Yes, it's necessary to log into your Eline account(on website: elinemart.com).

  • Go to 'My Account'
  • Go to Settings > Change Password
  • Enter the New Passwords
  • Re-enter the New Password
  • Enter the OTP sent to mobile number/email ID and validate it.
  • Click on ‘Submit’.

You cannot change the registered phone number and email address. Please ensure that whenever you use Eline Mart you should have access to the registered phone number and email address to validate.

You can create a Eline account using a phone number and email address that is not registered on the platform. To create a new account, please follow the below steps:

  • Enter the phone number/email address
  • A verification code will be sent to this phone number/email address
  • Enter the verification code and a password�Account will be successfully created.

To deactivate your Eline account, please follow the below steps:

  • Log into your Eline account
  • Go to My Account > Settings > Deactivate your account
  • Enter the password for your account
  • Choose 'Confirm Deactivation'

To reactivate your Eline account, please log in with your registered email address or mobile number, and password that you were using prior to deactivation

In case you've forgotten the password, click on 'Forgot password’, an OTP will be sent to your email address or phone number and you can set a new password.

Sometimes, SMS messages/email notifications may be delayed because of technical issues. You can regenerate the code through the 'Resend Code' option or try after sometime.

No, you cannot use an international number to sign up. Currently this feature is not available on Eline

To add and manage your addresses:

  • Go to Delivery Address
  • To add a new address, select Add address
  • To edit an address, select Edit or update delivery location for your orders.

If your order has already entered the shipping process / been shipped, you cannot change the delivery address for those orders. You can, however, change your delivery address for future orders.

Open the Eline app or visit elinemart.com and user will be able to see the listed products/parts by the seller. You can scroll, type your part name in the search bar or use the relevant filters to navigate to your desired product/compatible parts.

To place an order, please follow these steps:

  • Select the product you'd like to buy.
  • Add products to your cart and click 'Buy Now'
  • Choose or 'Add delivery address'
  • Use a preferred payment mode and confirm the order

Through GSTIN Invoicing feature customers can enter their business entity details and GSTIN associated with the business entity in order to receive a tax invoice containing these details to claim input tax credit. .

There are NO hidden charges when you shop on Eline. The price you see on the product page is final and it's exactly what you pay. Note: There can be additional delivery charges based on the seller's policy.

Installation and demo are offered for certain items by sellers through the brand or an authorised service provider. Please check the individual product page to see if these services are offered for the item.

The installation is automatically arranged for your product by the seller within 2-5 business after the item is delivered. You will also get an notification with the exact installation details after delivery.

Sometimes items have to be sourced by sellers from their international partners. Such items have the tag 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 10 or more days to be delivered.

An item is marked as 'Out of stock' when it is not available with any sellers at the moment; you won't be able to buy it now.

The products listed as 'Out of Stock' or 'Temporarily Unavailable' are not available for sale.

It usually costs sellers more to ship some items. So, sometimes they choose to add a delivery charge.

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the seller confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.You will receive a notification containing the details of your order. You can track your orders from the ‘My Cart’ section on your Eline account.

Sellers usually ship orders in 1-2 business days after the order confirmed date so that they reach you on time.

As per company policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email/messages for updates and you can also track its status by visiting “My Cart”.

You can check the brand website for the warranty details of your product. The product invoice can be used to claim the services from any Authorised Service Centre of that product.

elinemart.com is a marketplace on which third-party sellers sell products to customers. To contact a seller, please refer the product invoice wherein you will find the seller details. Or send us an email on “grievance@elinemart.in” with the below details, so it can be forwarded to the seller:

Customer reviews should be relevant to the product in question. elinemart.com reserves the right to remove reviews that include any of the following:

  • Irrelevant review (Review consisting of a combination of Profane comments, random characters, random words, repeated content, reviews on another product)
  • Service feedback, including availability, order or payment related queries.
  • Pricing related comments
  • Personal information (Phone numbers, postal address, email address and others)
  • Plagiarised content
  • Promotional content
  • Reviews by or on behalf of a person or company with a financial interest in the product or a competitor’s product
  • Reviews written for any form of compensation
  • Reviews given using fake ids, irrelevant user email ids

Place a return request in the “My Cart” page. You will get an option to choose return as per the applicable return policy.
